Welcome to Ban the Ban Wisconsin's official base of operations in the fight for freedom in the state of Wisconsin. We are a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to helping the people and independent small businesses in the state by providing advocacy, education and data, and information dissemination regarding smoking bans and the overt abuse and harassment of smokers so that the real heart of the matter can be addressed; namely the issues of property rights, essential liberty, and our ability to live our lives and run our businesses without the threat of being criminalized for participating in a legal act. We demand that we be treated like the responsible adults that we are and be free of busybodies who think that we need to be forcibly protected from ourselves.

 

We are here for you - small business owners, concerned citizens, rights activists, legislators, and smokers and non-smokers - Our goal is to counter the anti-tobacco movement with the irrefutable reality of the situation that can't be ignored,and anybody who can use this information is free to do so.
